Xây dựng “Second brain” với Notion
Vậy “Second Brain” là gì?
Nói 1 cách đơn giản đó là bộ não thứ 2 của mình. Nơi lưu trữ những thông tin, kiến thức, kinh nghiệm, … để khi cần có thể dễ dàng lấy ra dùng. Mỗi ngày chúng ta tiếp nhận rất nhiều thông tin mới, biết thêm rất nhiều thứ lạ, cũng như học thêm vô vàn kiến thức nên chúng ta rất khó để nhớ hết những thứ này. Bộ não của chúng ta chỉ dùng hiệu quả nhất trong việc xử lý thông tin, còn việc lưu trữ thông tin thì chúng ta nên dùng 1 thứ khác để hổ trợ. Và công cụ mình đang dùng hiện tại để lưu tất cả mọi thứ từ note, các kiến thức, các bài viết hay mọi thứ trên đời là Notion.
Notion là gì?
Notion là ứng dụng ghi chú giống như Trello, Evernote hay Google Keep. Tuy nhiên điểm khác biệt của Notion là ứng dụng này đa-zi-năng hơn rất nhiêu, cho phép người dùng ghi chép mọi thứ, lên kế hoạch cụ thể tất cả các công việc và quản lý thời gian tối ưu chỉ trong 1 ứng dụng duy nhất.
Theo Notion.so miêu tả, mục tiêu của ứng dụng này là all-in-one workspace, nghĩa là tạo ra không gian có thể lưu trữ mọi thứ. Thực tế cho thấy, Notion đã thực hiện hiệu quả trong việc mở ra 1 không gian làm việc không giới hạn, không chỉ dùng để ghi chú mà còn tích hợp vô vàn các tính năng hữu ích khác như lịch, wiki, bảng, nhắc nhở, template, …
Ngoài ra, không chỉ thu hút người dùng bởi sự tiện dụng, Notion còn gây ấn tượng bởi giao diện đẹp mắt và sáng tạo với kho template vô cùng phong phú giúp người dùng sắp xếp công việc 1 cách trực quan, dễ nhìn và tạo cảm hứng để làm việc hiệu quả hơn.
HIện mình đang dùng Notion để lưu và tổ chức gần như mọi thứ trong cuộc sống nên mình cảm thấy rất thoải mái vì không còn phải suy nghĩ mình phải dùng cái gì để lưu kiến thức này ta, dùng cái gì để note nhanh trong các cuộc họp hay dùng gì để quản lý thời gian, …
